Way down yonder on the Chattahoochee

As Dave mentioned he is currently in Newnan, GA. But he failed to mention it is Alan Jackson's hometown. And home of the now famous Chattahoochee river (you know the song). And to prove he is alive and well he sent a picture. We love Elder Steeby!!

Georgia!?!?!?!?!

Yes I have officially left the MTC and am now in Georgia! As a little refresher, I am still awaiting a visa to be able to enter Greece so until I receive it I will be in Newnan GA! Its a great place and the work is moving along very well.

Officially a Missionary

Elder Steeby reported to the Missionary Training Center in Provo, UT on Wednesday, August 19. He will be there for approximately 2 months learning Greek and how to teach the gospel of Jesus Christ. His address while in the MTC is:

Pre-Mission

I would like to thank everyone that came out to my farewell. It was great getting to see all of you again.

The drive out to Utah was quite long due to construction. I enter the MTC tomorrow for two months. My next post should contain my new mailing address.
